CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Dual Trade Electrician / HVAC Technician Leading Hands for our clients' accommodation refurbishment projects across the Pilbara region of Western Australia (FIFO). This opportunity is with a leading contractor delivering electrical and HVAC refurbishment, maintenance, installation, testing and commissioning services across BHP accommodation villages as part of the WAIO Room Rejuvenation Project. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily electrical and HVAC refurbishment, maintenance and installation activities across accommodation village projects Provide frontline leadership and technical support to electrical and HVAC personnel onsite Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project schedules, Australian Standards, BHP requirements and company procedures Supervise daily work activities and support the delivery of project KPI targets Coordinate room refurbishment activities and assist supervisors with planning and reporting requirements Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance across all work activities Support testing, commissioning and defect rectification works as required Interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation to support project delivery Coordinate trades personnel and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and project progression Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding activities across electrical and HVAC systems Complete project reporting, documentation and operational records accurately and on time Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team culture Promote strong HSE leadership and ensure compliance within remote operational environments Recognise and report hazards promptly through site reporting systems Follow all site procedures, safety standards and operational requirements at all times Our Ideal Candidate: WA Electrical Workers Licence or recognised equivalent electrical trade qualification Refrigerant Handling Licence and recognised HVAC / Refrigeration qualification Current ARCtick Licence Current Full Australian Driver’s Licence Current LVR/CPR certification Proven experience leading electrical and HVAC maintenance or refurbishment works Experience working within mining, construction, maintenance or accommodation refurbishment environments Strong understanding of Australian Standards, electrical regulations and HVAC compliance requirements Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capability Experience coordinating trades personnel and subcontractors Strong computer skills and ability to complete project reporting requirements Ability to work effectively in remote FIFO operational environments Working at Heights, Confined Space and EWP licences (highly regarded) Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills High level of professionalism, accountability and attention to detail Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement Full Australian working rights What's on Offer: Competitive hourly rates FIFO opportunity supporting work-life balance Meals and accommodation provided whilst onsite Opportunity to work on a major Pilbara refurbishment project Long-term project stability within a growing operation Supportive leadership team focused on safety, quality and performance Career development opportunities within a respected contractor environment How to Apply: If this is a position you could see yourself in, please click APPLY, or get in touch with Milli from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 , or send your resume to celotti.com.au About Us: CELOTTI WORKFORCE is a specialist provider of temporary and permanent blue and white collar staff to the building, infrastructure and resources sectors across Australia.
